Latoya tackles topics like bridging the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing what you know to create excellence in yourself and school. She also discusses having focused, lifelong learning and structures to accomplish goals. I definitely will be back to listen to more.

I just finished my first year as an educator. Leadership with Latoya gives great advice every week on how to be a great leader within your environment, but also wonderful insight on what leaders should expect from their employees. The hosts also share amazing resources aimed at bettering one's understanding of the role that they are in and how they can grow within that role to effect those around them. Because of this, I have made huge improvements in my ways of thinking, learning and presenting material which has positively impacted my classroom and has helped set me apart from other teachers in my building. These guys really know their stuff! Thanks Latoya and Mike!!!-John (First Year Teacher)
